How to fix the issue where you cannot enter campaigns in the d Point app

From the 'Deals' tab of the d Point app
When trying to enter any campaign
Encountered an issue where it says "Could not enter."
This had been happening for several days, so I thought something was wrong, and I'll introduce the steps I took to resolve it.
It might genuinely be "temporary high access" in some cases, though.
It was fixed after re-logging in
To conclude, it was fixed after logging in again.
Tap 'Settings/Confirmation' in the menu
Tap 'Log out' at the bottom
You will be logged out, so log in again from 'Log in'.
After logging in again, try entering a campaign as usual.
When you tap "Enter Here"
Entry successful!
Perhaps a bug occurred when I changed devices?
