I tried installing a GT 710 graphics card in a slim tower (office PC)

Even though I have a 4K monitor, I've been using my company PC without 4K output.
So, I tried installing a 4,000 yen "NVIDIA GeForce GT 710" into a slim tower PC.

Well, to conclude, the GT 710 was unusable for 4K 60Hz, so I removed it...
It worked for FHD 60Hz, and since I took photos, I'll share them.

It won't fit as is
First, if you insert the graphics card into the PCI Express slot normally...
It won't fit.
I bought it without much research, so I'll try to make it work.
Remove the two screws and detach the back panel.
Like this. Oh, and the D-Sub is assumed not to be used.
This part is optional, but
Remove the heatsink and pull out the D-Sub from its base.
Successfully separated.
Completion
Now it fits into the slim tower PC without sticking out. It's messy, though.
If the back panel couldn't be removed, I thought I might have to buy a riser cable or something, but I'm glad it came off.
Usage Impression
So, regarding the crucial usage impression, it was unusable at 4K 60fps.
It felt choppy and sluggish.
The performance was completely inadequate for practical work.
Since it was just a test, I'll try purchasing a GTX 1050ti or something similar next.
