How to fix the issue where the MSL FORCE IC card reader power turns off immediately
I purchased an MSL FORCE IC card reader for a registration application.
Here's the IC card reader I bought.

When I connected it to my Windows PC, a red light came on.
After about 5 seconds, the light turned off.
I wondered if this was normal, but when I tried to proceed with the application, the IC card was still not recognized.
Repair from Device Manager
From Device Manager, double-click "Smart card readers > Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (WUDF)".
From the "Power Management" tab, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Then the red light stayed on, and the IC card was recognized!
I suspected various things like initial defects, but I'm glad it's fixed...
