How to Delete Cache in Video Editing App "InShot" and Reduce App Size

Have you ever felt that the video editing app "InShot" has a heavy app size?
Here's how to reduce the app size by deleting the cache from the app's settings.
By reducing the app's size, you can free up space on your smartphone.
What is Cache?
Cache refers to the function of temporarily storing data, such as image data, on your smartphone.
It can speed up the process when you open the same data again.
Please rest assured that deleting the cache does not erase your data.
In my case, the app size Before was 955.4MB .
Table of Contents
How to Delete Cache
Tap "Delete Cache" from the "Gear Icon" in the top right of InShot.
The cache size will be displayed. It was 549MB.
Tap the "Clean Up Icon" in the red frame to delete it.
The app size decreased from 955.4MB to 405.9MB!
If you want to reduce the size further, please refer to the next section, "Delete Unnecessary Drafts."
Additionally, Delete Unnecessary Drafts
Although the cache has been deleted, if you want to make the app size even smaller, delete unnecessary drafts (projects).
Tap "Video" in InShot.
If the video has already been exported and the draft is no longer needed,
tap "Delete" from the "..." on the right.
Be careful not to delete drafts that are still being edited or drafts that have not yet been exported as videos.
After deleting unnecessary drafts, the app size decreased from 955.4MB → 405.9MB → 313.7MB!
That's how to delete the cache and unnecessary drafts in the video editing app "InShot" to reduce its app size and free up space on your smartphone! Give it a try.
