Here's how to set a reminder for the last weekday of every month in the iPhone Reminders app.

Create a reminder and tap the "i" icon.

Set the date to the most recent last weekday, and set the time as desired.
Tap "Repeat" below that.

Tap "Custom" at the very bottom.

Set the repeat unit and interval like this,
and set "Week and Day" to Last Weekday.

You have successfully created a reminder for the last weekday of every month!
