Received 1000 Loyalty Points After Attempting to Cancel LYP Premium

Currently running in 2026, register for LYP Premium membership and receive 5000 yen worth of PayPay points!
Since the points for this campaign have been awarded, I decided to cancel LYP Premium.

when I tapped the "Cancel" button on the LYP Premium cancellation page

a button saying "Enter to receive 1,000 yen worth" appeared!?!?

Proceeding further, I was redirected to a page titled "Enter and continue membership to receive 1,000 yen worth of PayPay points next month", so I decided to enter.

Since the LYP Premium membership fee is 508 yen per month, this means you'd effectively gain 492 points.(As of April 2026)

By the way, I've introduced how to subscribe to LYP Premium cheaper via browser, and my experience applying for the 'Register for LYP Premium and receive a total of 5,000 yen worth of PayPay points!' campaign here.

The 1,000 yen worth of PayPay points can only be used at Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! Flea Market, Yahoo! Auctions, and LOHACO, and the points are likely valid until the end of the month following the award date.

After entering, it showed "You have already entered". Let's wait for the points to be awarded.

Also, the same page states "New registrations will be suspended as of June 1, 2026, 0:00", so this might be a limited-time retention campaign.
