I was able to open the transaction screen by accessing Mercari in my browser.

I was able to reply, display the shipping QR code, and successfully ship the item.

By the way, if the app launches when you tap Mercari,

long-press the link and tap "Open" or "Open in New Tab" to open it in Safari.
