Review of mont-bell waterproof pouch "1133114"

Overall Look and Size

Here's the overall look. The "mont-bell" logo is nice.

Here are the dimensions. They are almost the same as the official mont-bell site.

It's not thick. It's quite thin.

Let's try putting an iPhone12 in.

It fit perfectly, but there doesn't seem to be room for a wallet or other items. A passport would fit, though.

There is no camera hole, so you cannot take photos while the phone is inside the pouch.

Let's try putting in the OPPO A54 5G I had on hand.
The total length of OPPO A54 5G is "162.9mm"
iPhone Pro Max is "160mm", iPhone Plus is "161mm"

It fit when I squeezed it in.
For iPhone Pro Max or iPhone Plus, it would probably fit, but it would be difficult to take in and out.

Therefore, this size is recommended for those who only need to fit a standard-sized smartphone and a passport.

(In Hawaii) everything was cashless, so it was fine to just carry my smartphone and a copy of my passport.

Opening and Closing

Next, let's look at the opening/closing part and how to close it.

The opening has a zipper

There's Velcro on the back.

Close the zipper securely

Roll it up and attach the Velcro on the front and back.

It's now closed.

As mentioned at the beginning, it didn't leak even when fully submerged in the ocean.

Shoulder Strap Not Included

Please note that this waterproof pouch does not come with a shoulder strap.

I borrowed a strap from a MUJI sacoche, but

If you don't have a suitable strap,

you will need to purchase a shoulder strap like this.
