How to fix the "Please check your account settings" error on NHK Plus

One day, I installed NHK Plus (NHK ONE) on my FireTV.

When I logged in and tried to use My List,

it displayed "Please check your account settings to register to My List" and I couldn't use it.

Here's how I resolved this issue.

Steps

Open "Account Management" within your account settings.

"NHK ONE Account Privacy Notice"

In it, set "Use" for "Provision of additional features" to "On".

It didn't reflect immediately; in my case, it reflected after restarting the FireTV.

That's how to fix the issue when My List cannot be used on NHK Plus (NHK ONE) on FireTV.
