How to Resolve "Cannot Activate eSIM" Error on Rakuten Mobile

When switching to Rakuten Mobile with eSIM on an iPhone, after downloading the eSIM, even though it reached "Line Activation Complete",
the eSIM remained stuck on "Activating..." and didn't proceed,
and a few minutes later, it displayed "Cannot activate eSIM".
Connected by deleting the configuration profile!
In my case, it connected the moment I deleted the old configuration profile I was using.
From "Settings > General > VPN & Device Management",
delete the profile for "Japan Communications" that you used previously.
In most cases, you probably only have the configuration profile of your previous carrier, so deleting it should be fine. However, if you are unsure, please check before deleting it.
The moment I deleted it, the Rakuten Mobile antenna appeared, and I was able to communicate!
