Actual Procedure When Using TLC Points for LIBMO Payments
Introducing the actual procedure when using the TOKAI Group's member service "TLC Points" for payment of "LIBMO", a low-cost SIM from the same TOKAI Group.
About LIBMO
For those using the TLC Point economic zone, the TOKAI Group's low-cost SIM "LIBMO
" is recommended.
With reliable Docomo lines, monthly fees are among the lowest.
You can earn and use TLC Points for your monthly fees!

Apply for TLC Point Payment
TLC Member Site and log in.
Open "Member Menu > Point Exchange".
A list of TLC Point exchange options will be displayed.
It seems there are options like PayPay Money Lite and Amazon Gift Cards.
By the way, at a glance, the exchange rate for Amazon Gift Cards seemed to be the highest. (Though the rate seems to fluctuate)
Even for LIBMO payments, 1P = 1 yen, so it might be more advantageous to exchange for Amazon Gift Cards...
Well, I have an Amazon Mastercard, which is more beneficial for me, so I'll refocus and proceed.
Tap "Use TLC Point Payment"
From "Exchange Here" under "Exchange on Web",
your currently used TOKAI Group services will be displayed, so this time, tap "Pay with Points" for "LIBMO".
Enter how many points you want to use. This time, I will use all 3600 points.
I applied for 3600 points this time, but my LIBMO monthly fee is 983 yen.
In this way, if the applied points exceed the usage fee, the remaining points will be carried over to the following months.
(3 and a half months of free LIBMO monthly fees)
Also, if you apply by 8 PM on the 25th of the month, it seems to be applied to payments from the following month onwards.
That's surprisingly quick.

A few days later
On the 28th of the month, an email notification of application completion arrived.

Used for LIBMO Payment
On the 1st of the following month, when I checked my LIBMO statement, the TLC Point usage was applied.
(This is the June bill, but the content is for May usage.)
That concludes my attempt to apply TOKAI Group's "TLC Points" to LIBMO payments.
Although the better exchange rate for Amazon Gift Cards is a concern, I thought it might be better to use TLC Points for LIBMO to keep everything within the TOKAI Group.
