Actual steps for registering with Global Point Wallet

There is a Mitsubishi UFJ credit card that offers up to 20% Global Point cashback on purchases at eligible stores. Here, we will introduce the actual steps for registering with the 'Global Point Wallet', which offers the highest cashback rate for those Global Points.
By registering with Global Point Wallet, a prepaid virtual card will be created, allowing you to pay only the amount you have charged, similar to using a credit card.
This is a must-read for Mitsubishi UFJ Card holders.
Install the 'Global Point Wallet' app and proceed.
By the way, here's how to exchange Global Points for Amazon gift certificates.
It has become more difficult due to changes, so please refer to this if you want to exchange for Amazon gift certificates.

Linking with Global Points for Charging
We will now set up the linkage with Global Points to charge the Global Points earned with your UFJ Card to the 'Global Point Wallet'.
Open 'Global Point Linkage' from the top-left menu.
Enter the 'ID', 'Password', and 'Date of Birth' used during Mitsubishi UFJ Card registration.
(Please note that this is not the Global Point Wallet ID and password you just registered.)
Also, checking 'Skip next time' will be convenient.
Once linked, you will be able to charge.
Global Points are converted at 1pt = 5 yen.
Once charged, your balance will be displayed on the Global Point Wallet top screen.
In this example, you are ready to make a payment of 7000 yen.
Next, we will look at how to make payments.
Payment Methods
Global Point Wallet is a virtual card, so it doesn't have a physical form like a credit card. However, there are two ways to pay: by checking the card number and other details for online shopping sites, or by setting it up with Apple Pay or Google Pay for smartphone touch payments (e-money).
How to check card number and other details
Tapping the credit card icon in the top right of the Global Point Wallet screen allows you to check the virtual card's 'Card Number', 'Expiration Date', 'Security Code', and 'Cardholder Name'.
You can use this to pay on online shopping sites and elsewhere.
How to pay using smartphone touch payment (e-money)
Tap 'Apple Pay Settings' in the bottom right of the Global Point Wallet top screen and follow the on-screen instructions to add the virtual card to your iPhone's 'Wallet' app.
VISA Touch and QUICPay+™ are available.
For Android, it should be set up with 'Google Pay'.
These were the actual steps for registering with Global Point Wallet.
If you have a Mitsubishi UFJ Card, you can get the highest Global Point cashback rate, so please give it a try.
